Like it? Enter your card details and you're good to go. No call centre, no paperwork.
To activate your cover, all we need is a selfie from you. Rose will guide you through the process to take a video or pictures of your car or home.
You have total control over your policy and can see exactly what you’re covered for with our policy summary. You can also make changes instantly on the app. For example, change your excess, add car hire and credit shortfall or download your confirmation of cover, hassle-free.

Their premiums were significantly lower and saved me thousands a month. Unfortunately one of our car was stolen in July , their claim procedure was quick and efficient, the claim was settled in August! We were on mutual federal and Outsurance before and they took over 3 months to settle claim! We cancelled all policies and switched, and got 10+ families and friends onboard! Well down and please keep up your good work!

Love that I can pause insurance on my car when I don’t drive it for a few weeks and the competitive rates. Rates don’t seem to be as competitive as they used to be though. Still don’t quite understand that I pay more now despite my car being worth 30-40% less that 3-4 years ago. My main annoyance is recently adding home, contents and all risk insurance. Taking a picture of every single item from multiple angles, in the app, demanding receipts for items (my golf clubs) I bought 13 years ago. Refusing to call me back, asking them 3 questions and only getting answers for one or 2 of them. Come on guys, my last insurance was pricier, but don’t treat me like an insurance conman…
So glad the future is finally here
Have not had to deal with a single human, phonecall or dodgy online fill-form👏. Cautiously optimistic, but so far I’ve been blown away by the overall experience. Insurance literally sorted in less than the time it takes to boil my kettle. Also, whoever the UX creative is behind this (or agency) deserves serious kudos. Well done! More of this in the future please.🚀
