Useless App

I have contacted RSA Web previously since the app just does not open. I was told it is weird, I should delete the app & re-load. I have done it 3 times just this morning, with the same results. This is so frustrating when you need to see an invoice & your statement. Absolutely useless & when you contact them via WhatsApp, you wait ages to receive an invoice & statement. Furthermore invoicing is not done regularly, my June’22 & July’22 invoices were done together on one day, the 20th June’22 & only after I complained. Who runs a business sò inefficiently? Invoices & statements should be e-mailed to clients on a monthly basis, to enable clients to pay before debit order runs are submitted, should you not wish to make use of debit orders.

Is there any person out there with RSAWEB that could contacts me directly regarding my account being drained by you and I am sick of tickets for problems, and nothing is getting resolved? I just had another few thousand rand debited from my account which I already paid in February. Your service is ridicules and the most un user friendly I have ever experienced in my life.

Stuck on loading screen

I managed to log in one but now the app does not get past the loading screen. I killed the app and tried again. I removed and reinstalled the app but it is still stuck. It is a 13 pro It also seems to not work on your network but work on 4/5G
Edit: It does no load on 4/5G anymore.
