The Sorbet Group App allows you to book, rebook, and reschedule appointments with your favourite therapists. You can download your service history, check balances and make loyalty changes. From manicures to pedicures, skin care and body massages, good hair days and bad hair days (and unwanted hair days) we're here to serve up a double scoop of ""Amazing"" all week long.
Our nail, body, hair and skin care specialists offer a range of beauty therapy treatments that deliver head-to-toe confidence to the ladies and chaps. We're all about spreading the love which means you can step in and strut out of any one of our Sorbet Stores: Sorbet Salon for all-round beauty therapy, Sorbet Dry Bar for express hairstyling, Sorbet Man for real men's grooming and Candi&Co. for ethnic hair treatments and hairstyling. So, clear your diary and get your smiley face on - the feel good factor is just a Sorbet away.

Ratings and Reviews
Not impressed!
I made a booking and when I logged back into the App it was gone and I made sure to check that it was processed.
I then phoned the Hillcrest Branch to confirm and they also knew nothing about my appointment.
Imagine the disappointment if we had arrived with no booking on Mothers Day. 😤
Not synced with the in-store system
I have used the app multiple times (because trying to call the branches is sometimes difficult because of load shedding, noise in the store etc) and have been let down each time. Either my booking isn’t understood, or not honored by the store (“oh there isn’t a room for you because of a glitch between stores and the app”), so essentially the store system and the app are out of sync which seems a bit ridiculous.
Did a ten year old create this ?
1. You can’t search for a store . Trying your branch and American cities pop up
2. Try selected a preferred stylist ! This will tell you how cheap the development on this app was . It offers you “citizens” to select from
3. You can’t sign is as a guest and check out as a guest as when you’re almost ready to proceed with a booking you have to log in with an account, rather than proceeding as a guest
