I keep doing online workouts on a daily basis and I'm not getting rewards for this at all,otherwise I'm happy with the app.

But please have a look at this one issue it’s bothering me ,thank you for the regular updates its pretty evident that your Dev team is working hard in trying to perfect the app.

Update - virgin active users are hostage to this app. Nothing works. Nothing. And there is no alternative to book classes and support is fairly useless focussed on only securing new clients. All a bit of a failure and a bad sign for the longevity of the business.

Previous review. I downloaded the app so that I could book the two classes I go to weekly. I have a reminder set to book as soon as the bookings open. But the app is too slow to open the timetable to make bookings. It just hangs and by the time it comes right all the bookings have gone. Manage your app so it can handle the traffic. Don’t tell me I’m offline when I am not, and your app is too slow to respond in time. It is a very frustrating experience

I never seem to have a seemless experience with this app. I can’t keep count of the times I have deleted this app and reinstalled for something to work properly. This time it won’t even let me log back in. When I want to book a class it tells me I’m offline yet my wifi is connected and every other app on my iPhone is working. I have missed out on so many classes because by the time the app finally works — sometimes 45 minutes later, the classes I’m interested in are fully booked. This is the most frustrating app I have ever used!
