Even the bit of the app that I can see is terrible

Come on guys. Surely someone at Virgin Active has actually tried to use this app?

Did you leave your login screen in the hands of a freelancer? This is terrible…

I cannot get past the terms and conditions screen, so unable to rate the rest of the app. Even getting past the login to the t&c’s screen took almost a minute.

Unusable...

The app freezes whenever I try make a booking for the classes they app. Instructors advised bookings should be made around 8pm daily as that's when new classes become available. Classes are always fully booked on the app and when showing up for a class there's barely any attendance, should this not be administered better?

Hi there! We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. Please drop us an email on escalations@virginactive.co.za with the necessary details so we can investigate the reason you are not able to update your details. With regards to class bookings, the rule book does mention that you need to check in 5 minutes prior to the class starting, or you may forfeit your spot.

So faulty!

I never seem to have a seemless experience with this app. I can’t keep count of the times I have deleted this app and reinstalled for something to work properly. This time it won’t even let me log back in.

When I want to book a class it tells me I’m offline yet my wifi is connected and every other app on my iPhone is working.

I have missed out on so many classes because by the time the app finally works — sometimes 45 minutes later, the classes I’m interested in are fully booked.

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used!
