Busy periods/ rewards

I love the fact that I can check the app and see when my gym is very busy or really quiet. Helps me plan my day.

Also like the fact I can gain points , and choose a drink or something else .

Just 1 request , please can you add an indicator on the app to show if the power is on or off and if there is water or not. This would be very helpful for everyone.

New Era or Worse Era of Rewards ?

Initially I was excited to hear that VA was entering a new era of rewards but when I realised how the new system actually works, I was sorely disappointed.
With all the challenges we face in this day and age who on earth can honestly hold a 3 month streak just to get a reward?
It is quite obvious that VA has cut costs with all the weekly and monthly rewards by making it harder to achieve your fitness goals but it is very demotivating to say the least to move from the previous rewards system to the current one. I want to knock some sense into the head of whoever thought this would be a good idea. I miss the Biogen Vitamins the most.
Also still experiencing the same issue since day 1 of downloading the app where my points earned for attending weekly fitness classes would only be recalculated abruptly once a month but there is no paper trail showing dates of classes attended etc. so i have no way to verify that the points calculated are actually correct.
Also very annoying that when I open the app my music stops playing all for the sake of videos on the app playing with absolutely no sound ?

We understand that hitting a 3-month streak can feel like a mountain, especially with life’s challenges, but we're confident that the milestone rewards will be worth the climb! Terrible Update! - All my Rewards are gone!

App wasn't tracking my visits lately and when I went to redeem a hot drink reward, which I was saving for a while, it wouldn't work. Staff suggested we update and everything would load and be okay, I still have no rewards from before and now there is a new reward system?!? Absolutely no need. If I could afford to cancel my gym subscription tonight I would! Very disappointed in you VA. What are we paying for. We all were so happy to have this little motivation to go to the gym and now you've taken it away to cut costs. You could have made it visit for an hour to get the reward or something more achievable for everyone. Who has the petrol money to go to gym 4x a week just to get a tiny R50 reward!?! Are you crazy!?! What made you do this terrible update?

We completely understand that the previous rewards system was a great motivation for many, and we didn’t intend to take that away. The new system is designed to offer more personalised challenges that grow with your fitness journey, but we understand it may feel different, especially if you were used to the old setup.
