If you need to transfer a phone number, do yourself a favor and just go to a different cell phone provider. I spent four hours of my day with three levels of managers who could not figure out how to make this app work!!! The level of incompetence grew with every manager I spoke with at their company. I ended up having to wipe the data from our phones and start from scratch, but by that point everything was so messed up that I’ll probably just scrap everything after service plan is up and find a provider who knows what they’re doing. I’ve already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and several other companies, on top of their incompetence they also double charged me!

Terrible

This is a terrible app. I downloaded on my 2 iPhones , had 1200 contacts and all other things will transfer EXCEPT contacts! What is the point of this? It said 0 contacts available???! Waste of my time. I tried google, Verizon, Apple cloud, no transfer apps worked. Finally downloaded an app with 3 day trial, worked in like 30 seconds!!! It was called “file transfer “

Won’t connect to wifi

This seems to work fine on my iPhone SE, from which I’d like to transfer content, but it will not connect to WiFi on my new iPhone 8, to which I’d like to transfer content. No attempts to correct this issue have made any difference. My iPhone 8 connects to WiFi just fine; just not this app, and the app won’t work unless both phones are connected to the same WiFi network. Fail.
