Take command of your wireless service, anywhere at any time! The new and improved Net 10 My Account App lets you manage your wireless service right from your phone. In fact, all you need is a Net 10 account and your phone.
If you are a Net 10 customer, you can use this App to manage all aspects of your wireless service.

Here is how it works:
Download and open the app, then proceed to the End User License Agreement.

- If you agree to the End User License Agreement, you will have the option to log in if you already have a Net 10 Account, or use the app to create one!

- Upon logging in, you will be able to track your Data Usage on your Home Screen, redeem Net 10 Airtime PINs, and purchase Net 10 airtime with a Credit Card.
You can also update your Net 10 Profile, among many others features!
Airtime PINs are located on the back of the Net10 Service Card or on your register receipt. To read the PIN on a Net 10 Service Card, locate the grey strip on the back of the card. Scratch off the gray strip to reveal the PIN.

Great app!

Very easy to use and helpful when buying or adding airtime to my phone. I always just buy airtime so I don’t have to actually go buy a card from the store, it’s great! The app even gives you the autopay options and gives a discount on the bill every month if you set it up. All in all great app, thanks!

Great App, Love the new update GUI

Been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now, use the app everyday. Love how I can redeem reward points, look at how much data Ive used and see exactly when my monthly payment will be deducted from my bank account.

Only question I have is it possible to transfer my number to a new sim card using the app? (I already have a new nano-sim card, the only reason I need to transfer my number to the new one is because my current sim card is the older large sized card and doesn't fit in newer phones sim card slot). I'm using the BYOP program, and don't need to make any changes to my account, except for making sure my number is still on my account but using the new sim card I purchased.

Nice when it works

Loved it at first but now it messes up every time I open it. The app is very convenient when it comes to auto pay and data usage but it never works anymore. First it just wouldn’t ever refresh my data so I could see how much I’ve used and now it just flat out won’t let me log in. It also doesn’t tell you when your money will be taken out of your bank account or when your next bill will be due. The app also logged me out and it’s telling me that there’s no account associated with my phone number when I try to log in. Like I said it’s very convenient when it’s actually working but it definitely needs some work.
