so technically when you book with Mfine u need to pick up all random calls be on their mercy to come and pick up the sample and be ready for numerous ReschedulesI booked the Complete body checkup test on Saturday and book the slot for Sunday morning 10-12, i received a call from representative he asked me if i can shift the slot to 8-10 i said no 10-12 is preferable he suggested the fasting hours, Sunday morning when i checked the booking status it showed on hold as i have not CONFIRMED the order!!I called up representative again and she told me all slots are full and the the representative tried to reach me but I didn’t picked up the call they called me up from various numbers late at night and im suppose to pick up each and every call from unknown numbers , Now she asked me to reschedule the booking to Tuesday! , and when i denied she cancelled my booking what and irony

Terrible Service and Zero Coordination

I had an awful experience with MFine that I hope no one else has to go through. I booked a full body checkup and fasted for 10 hours as required. The WhatsApp confirmation message and the app both provided a specific location for the test. Upon arriving, there was no lab at the location. I spent over an hour trying to call every number I could find, including the one that called me in the morning for confirmation. None of the calls were answered. To make things worse, one of their automated systems claimed my number wasn’t registered—another glaring error on their end.Separately, my husband booked a home pickup slot with thyro care through MFine. A day prior, we got a call saying the slot wasn’t available anymore. When I asked why the app showed it as available, they casually said, “Sorry, ma’am.” We rescheduled for the next day, only for the technician to show up at the originally scheduled time! Naturally, my husband didn’t fast appropriately because of the change we were told about.This company clearly has no coordination or accountability. Their lack of communication and professionalism is shocking. I don’t trust their services at all, and I’m seriously concerned about how their team even functions. Avoid MFine at all costs!

Terrible Service and Zero Coordination

I am generally not a Critic but service from MFine triggered me to write something. I booked the test while speaking with Customer care team, they were very polite and initially it was all good. I got the booking for two people and for third one I was told that sample will collected and we will adjust on booking. On sample collection day booking for third one was not confirmed so we requested the collector to do the needful and he did. A big thanks to him. Now the ordeal started. My report should have been published by 12 in the night and even lab has confirmed that reports have been sent to MFine team but they did not uploaded on app neither send the reports via email even requested them few times. Every thing I call support team they say it will be there in next 20 mins and now after 11 hours tracking reports are still not there. These COVID reports are important for making decisions which actually safe life of others but they don’t understand. Reports are with them but they don’t upload for some good reason. May be bug In their app which they don’t accept. I am now think old way of doing things were easy and accountability was there. Now app is facilitating for you without any accountability. Will go my old ways now. Thank you MFine for opening my eyes. Will definitely not use your service.

Honestly I would have giving this so called “APP” a -5 star rating if at all there was an option. I have used this app to book my COVID RT-PCR test for me and my entire family. I was promised that I can expect my results to be updated on the app within 24 hours from the time of Sample submission and if I am unable to get it within the prescribed timeframe then I would get a refund for the money I have paid for. The worst is yet to come. It has not been more than 72 hours and I have been leaving multiple enquires about my lab results that I have already paid for and no one seems to bother calling me back or tell me of it is going to take any longer. If this was the case I would have gone to a local lab to get better results. I want my refund for the money I have already paid. Keep the results to yourself and I chose to move ahead with this app as the salesperson by the name of “Preethi” made a lot of false promises and now I have lost my money any I don’t have any lab results. I would be embarrassed about this if I were you. If you care to delete this comment or review, I will post this on a daily basis so that people are aware that you guys are cheaters and frauds!
