I had the app for 3 years then it started glitching..I don’t understand why when I go to my online class it was fine the it ended..my teachers say it was over I go to call my friends then I said “hey bestie? Can u help me”then she said “what is it?”then “I only see black in the call...” then...she was like...”oh ..I had that glitch it was weird..” I was so confused she didn’t even had the same glitch...Then the call ended by it self I didn’t even had help...My dad was at work my mum was in her business and i was SCHOOL...They kept calling..then I go it immediately kicked me...I was like”What happend!?”I was scared..welp I will tell u a another thing about it in the other Review P.S this

For someone who call me on messenger it didn’t show the name...just show unknown caller but the caller name is there already...after cut the call. now how can I understand who is the unknown caller my mom dad friend or any other person..bcz the problem is messenger didn’t show me the user id. & sometimes when Im offline for long time but my profile show the online mark all the time..also typing symbols show in some chatbox when I am offline...this is a big problem for the all messenger users.Sometime after open the app messenger dont shows the new message also cant tap any chat for some minutes... after some minutes it was back to work...but this is a problem for the messenger user to contact someone urgently. Please Messenger team...Please solve this all issues...as soon as possible. We love to use Facebook and messenger...since a long time...its like a daily life now...dont break our hope.please solve the issues...make this app to a easy simple and happy place. Thank you.
Messages sent to one friend end up on another chat

I don’t usually use Facebook Messenger since WhatsApp is my primary app but sometimes if I want to share posts and stuff to small group of friends I will use it. So this has happened twice already and it’s frustrating as hell. I would share a post, make a comment before I sent to a friend. Twice, on different occasions, when I checked back for replies, I saw that my comment + post that was sent to one friend ends up on some chat group which I haven’t been using for more than 3 years bare minimum. I deleted the group chat the first time it happened. And ... I have to delete the second one when it happened too. This can’t keep happening. I only click “send” to one person and it should stay that way. How it made it to another chat is beyond me because that chat would have been at the bottom of the chat list and wouldn’t been visible to me at all unless I scrolled all the way down.
Inactive messages disappeared automatically without deleting it

All inactive messages and group chats conversations disappeared automatically in messenger without me deleting it. This problem happened after updating app to latest version. I’m still in many old inactive group chats conversations in messenger app, and I didn’t quit groups or delete them but I cannot see all my inactive conversations in app anymore unless someone starts conversations again. If the conversation is inactive again for about 4-5 days, it disappeared automatically again in messenger. I checked these messages aren’t archived as well. I want all my inactive old conversations back in my messenger, please. :( Please fix it. I don’t remember all the names of group chat conversations to search again. :( Please don’t make inactive messages disappear automatically in messenger app unless we delete them.
