I have been waiting for my registered mail. Per the originating country, my mail should be arriving in 6-8 weeks. It was taking longer than that. I sent an email asking what happened to my mail. I was told that my mail was dispatch and to check the country of destination. Plus they reminded me about the tracking #. I got the tracking number, tried tracking the #. The number could not be found. I looked for an App, hoping to find my mail with the tracking number. 😁The App found it. I was too happy. My mail was still in the country of origin. After a few more weeks, my mail started to move and I got notifications of the movement. Finally my mail reached the destination country. It took a week more before it was finally delivered. It took about 4 and a half months for my mail to reach me. If I did not download this App, I may still be waiting for my mail. Thank you. This App was very helpful and useful.

So I'm tracking a package on universal parcel tracker, and there's an ad for this app. The ad showed a map with a little package on it so I'm like "wow, they're advertising real-time package tracking? Sign me up!!" I got a subscription, and when I put in the tracking number, the app couldn't find it. It said it didn't recognize the tracking number or the carrier. It asked me to manually search a carrier, so I searched the exact carrier, and the app doesn't have them registered so I can't even track the package. Why are you advertising package tracking on tracking pages with carriers you can't even track? That's false advertising, you're telling me you can track this package on the ad, but you can't. Not only that, what's even the point of the app anyway? Just use the tracking service for whatever carrier is shipping your package... it makes no sense. And if the carrier doesn't offer tracking, then this app won’t be able to track the package either. It's all around a completely pointless and redundant app... actually no, it's not even redundant because they actually CAN'T track the packages I could just track with universal package tracking (it's a website you can just put any tracking number into, and they clearly track more carriers than this app and it's free so why not just use that???). Horrible waste of time and money, please don’t pay for this, there is literally no point and you can do the exact same thing and more with free websites.

there’s ads but other than that, it’s a really really good tracking app I love it a lot it allows you to see where ur packages are and you don’t have to worry about when its gonna come or where it’s gonna be at. ( For my impatient people) it came in handy a few times I just started using it and I love it already you should definitely download it. (EDIT) I don’t like it anymore I used for like a 6 months maybe longer. It used to be so much better I was actually able to see where my package was coming from now I can’t, really doesn’t give you updates anymore , when tracking all it says “in transit” for how ever many days your package has been in transit. Very disappointing to see this app go down hard. I dunno if it’s just lagged or if it’s because I didn’t buy the premium I dunno.

Works fantastic for tracking domestic deliveries. Absolutely trash if you are trying to track international carriers. Some of the sites are not correct and they don’t respond to support emails explaining the misconfiguration and what the correct site is. They also need to expand their carriers to include newer carriers like GOFO and quality test the update frequency to others. After using it for a year and started to lose trust in its accuracy I decided at the end that paying $60/year wasn’t worth it if I continued to check the tracking sites manually. Again: great for only US domestic tracking. If you only care about USPS, UPS, and FedEx, you will love thisUPDATE: thank you for the Dev response. The support email you offered does not match the app so my attempts to inform you of these issues seem to have gone into the void. Please perform a user experience quality test.
