I got two of these security cameras for my home an I’m glad I got them, the setup took me a few minutes but after that all smooth sailing, the quality is really good too so is night vision aswell it’s great, I did end up paying for the subscription $8 a month which honestly isn’t bad for me, I recommend it if you can just try it out I’m sure you’ll love it..the 3 minutes recording time feature is awesome instead of it only being like 10-20 seconds, I love these cameras cause I can view it live anywhere anytime when I’m away from my home or at work, also the push notifications are on point and responsive too which I really like, an the share feature is nice to have too you can share the cameras with family or friends. The battery life is excellent I must say but also depends on your camera location an how many times it picks up motion but my cameras battery’s last 2/3 weeks close to a month! I love these cameras the fact there’s no long loose wires anywhere, also customer service is good too always responsive and there help an support is great, no complaints using these cameras I highly recommend them, plan on getting more soon!! 👌💯

I have purchased multiple VicoHome Vision Well cameras (for myself as well as to give as gifts); because I love them so much. Installation only took minutes; and the images they provide are super clear. I love the fact I no longer have to buy the expensive batteries, which my previous cameras required. There is no base station that the cameras have to be linked to. So, everything you need arrives in one little (well-packed) box. (In the past, my cameras were constantly going offline and having to be re-synced. I'm so happy I no longer have this problem.) Above all else, the customer support is as superior as the product. You receive instant and clear responses to any questions you might have. The cameras are reasonably priced; and, in my opinion, you have nothing to lose if you decide to purchase this high quality camera. I highly recommend this camera if you are looking for a superior camera!

I received one of the smart bird feeders with camera that uses this app to view the activity. When I first set the feeder up I did not purchase any of the plans, as you can view activity without having a plan. I was very pleased with the pictures that the camera would take so I decided to purchase the yearly plan for the extra features that were offered. I am now very disappointed! Now that I have the plan my camera no longer takes still pictures, only videos. The amount of activity I have at the feeder makes it impossible to view all of the videos (I'm talking hundreds within an hour). I have contacted VicoHome to see if I can change this back to still pictures but I'm told this is not an option. I have another smart feeder from a different company and it takes still pictures with the option to request a video off of any of the pictures. To me this is so much nicer. I have time to scroll through all of the pictures and request a video from any that I choose to. Please change your software to give people the option! I will be canceling my subscription if this change is not made. Thank you for listening to my suggestion!

The bird feeder with camera is a great idea. My husband, the “administrator” of the app is having a wonderful experience with it. He sees all the birds in an up close and personal file, which then leads to the video when tapped, with ALL the bird info you’d ever want to know. This area of files is accessed by tapping a little bird icon at the bottom of the screen. MY experience as a “user” under him is quite less than stellar. I don’t have that bird icon, so can’t access that cool file. I can see videos only by tapping the envelope in the top right. No preview pictures and in many cases, especially with new birds, no bird name or info. My husband see them all named with the close up pic. This is a huge shortcoming, maybe not appreciated until you experience the difference for yourself. I wish I would’ve read up on this ahead of time, maybe would’ve chose a feeder that gives all users in the home the same experience.
