I truly believe and actually have proof from video and screenshots that it’sCompletely rigged on live blackjack. They like to cheat players out of money and it’s not right. I have complained to myHost and sent him screenshots of everything and he didn’t even have an answer to what was going on. He said he could see perfectly fine and was mind blown by it all. Evolution needs to be sued and shut down by the gaming commission. I have written a complaint to the gaming commission and sent all my screenshots of their illegal play. I pray people see this and stay away from here. It’s not good at all. Also BetRivers community chat banned me permanently from talking on their chat forum because I spoke the truth and they didn’t like it. I also sent that to the gaming commission as well. Title is essentially self explanatory, however allow me to elaborate; go-to game is an “instant win” game called Cash Zap Ultra Tap. Started playing over year ago and used to persistently win instant payout values ranging from below $10 to above $50 and occasionally $100-$200 on an .80 spin. Due to financial constraints I took a several month break at start of the year. Ever since returning at end of Spring I have noticed how horrific the payouts have now become. When you do actually win on your spin (.80 per) the unlocked payout values all stay below $1-2 enabling you a total payout of maybe $1.25 - $1.56 with $2-3 out of the norm and anything above $5 almost impossible. In the extremely rare instance where a value multiplier is given you will still only average $6-8, with double digits seemingly out of the question. The glaringly obvious disparities within payouts now have rendered this app unplayable, and I’m sorry to say I must recommend the same for others reading this. If it were not for this particular instant win game type then I probably would have not noticed as much as I have - such a monumental difference I felt compelled to write out this lengthy review.

I do admit I was coming off quite angry at first given my past experiences with the support agents— however, I did apologize and tell Courtney I realized it wasn’t her fault personally and she was very understanding about my frustration. I have been playing BetRivers Casino for many years never had a problem with it. When it’s time to upload money, it’s quick and easy, same with withdrawals. The other day I was playing the casino on a game on the cash. When the casino game froze during the spin, which was allowing me to win the mini the minor and the major. Normally, when you log back in, it would give you the prior spin once the game is frozen that did not happen this time. Luckily, I took a picture of the screen. right after that, they locked my account for review. Customer service said that one of my casino games was incomplete and under review so they had to lock my account which will take 48 hours to for them to review. I had $100 balance in my account. I received 3 emails five days after. First one stating that my hundred dollars that was on my casino credit was sent back to my bank account. And the second to last said my account is now closed. I will not be opened to find out why my account was closed, they deemed necessary to close my account and that’s only because they knew that I had one on that’s been over $4000 because they froze and started trying to help me even though I’m showing them they went ahead and close my account and support is extremely rude when I message them to find out why that was closed. They said they do not have to give me a reason.
