I have just downloaded the app in the oncoming of hurricane Milton….. the app gives up to date info that affects my specific location. Exactly what I need when the networks are replaying the same info over and over. I just want the facts ….. not a lot of fluff….

Expensive for basic features

I downloaded this weather app to track severe weather in my area & upcoming weather- come to find out it wants you to pay $6 a week for weather forecasts. Someone did the math comes out to over $300 a year?! Absolutely ridiculous especially giving all the other negative reviews saying that it doesn’t even work properly! Bottom line is, its almost gross to make people pay for a feature on your app that could save lives. You have to pay for hurricane tracking? For tornado tracking?! Ill just get on my local groups & news crew. Gouging people off of natural disasters and happenings is what that is.

I downloaded this app because I felt like it would be a really solid weather tracker given that it’s coming from NOAA. It’s pricey… 5.99/week which comes out to over $300/year. You would think something that cost this much would work seamlessly. Sadly, the radar doesn’t work. It doesn’t show anything. I wanted it to track snowfall in a given area. But it doesn’t seem to do that either. Maybe I am missing where this information is in the app. Too bad. I still do support NOAA though. It’s a solid organization that just needs a better app designers.

I downloaded this and was doing the free trial of premium because we had severe weather in the area and often tend to have bad weather throughout the year, hurricanes etc. Upon downloading, I enabled location services and it did go to my area… we were under a tornado warning, and my other weather apps showed 10 alerts of different types. The radar looked terrible both on my other apps and the local tv station… we had hail and flooding, yet this app showed light green with some yellow to the west of us kinda far off. How?? No alerts?? We had a tornado touch down 10 miles away, and this app showed absolutely nothing!!
