Abu Dhabi Taxi is a user friendly application that offers convenience to book a taxi in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region of UAE from your current location, determined by the phone GPS.

Request:
Book a taxi from the selected location by clicking Ride Now.
Favorites:
Bookmark your favorite addresses and experience accelerated access for your future taxi bookings.
Booking Status:
Added in app PUSH notification for all taxi bookings.
And also an SMS notification to the registered local number.
Track Taxi:
Locate your taxi for confirmed taxi booking. Tracking available for current bookings and tracking available from the time of confirmation and track his movement towards you.
Cancel booking:
You can cancel the booking by calling the call center or from your app using cancel option.
Feedback:

أضف عناوينك المفضلة لديك وقم بتجربة الوصول السريع لعناوينك المفضلة للحجوزات المستقبلية.
حالة الحجز:
أضيف ألى التطبيق خدمة "أعلام عن حالة الطلب" لجميع الحجوزات، وكذلك نقوم بإرسال رسالة نصية قصيرة للرقم المحلي المسجل لدينا.
تتبع مركبة ألاُجرة:
حدد موقع مركبة ألاجرة المخصصة لك. التتبع متاح للحجز الحالي و كذلك في وقت تأكيد الحجز ويكون بتتبع حركة مركبة ألاجرة بأتجاهها نحوكم.
إلغاء الحجز:
يمكنكم ألغاء الحجز عن طريق ألاتصال بمركز الحجوزات أو عن طريق التطبيق الخاص بك بالضغط على خيار " إلغاء".

The Perfect Solution
No more fumbling around for change or stressing because you didn’t have the exact amount to pay the driver.
With card payments now possible through the app, paying for cab rides is now a breeze. The whole system is user friendly and works like a dream.
Not a really sophisticated app
The GPS is very inaccurate ( which can be a big deal from an area to another that is not the same starting meter ) . Despite stowing your payment details , the application is unable to proceed with refunds and customer has to move until the ITC headquarter to receive a refund in cash .
The « request a taxi « for a taxi as function is not really effective . If no taxi is around and you page for a taxi, indeed you will receive a notification that your request has been accepted but by then , several taxi will show up , but still you will have to take the taxi you have requested which may be 5 min away while taxis are queuing in front of you .
Not accurate
I realize several times that this apps is inaccurate in communicating right information between customer and taxi driver. It happened that the apps propose no taxi around even when there are some available.
Or if I cancel a booking the taxi still have the order and keep calling, and apparently was penalized for not taking the customer.
Could be good if we could make not only a one time booking but a regular one (each… Monday 7am..)
