Token Activation
“I faced a frustrating issue with ADIB’s online token activation. Every time I clicked the activation button, the application quit automatically, making it impossible to activate the token online. After several unsuccessful attempts, I was finally able to activate it offline, but this is not an ideal solution. This issue needs urgent attention from the developers to ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience. A banking app should be stable and functional, especially for security-related features like token activation. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.”
Issue with Online Time Synchronization
The app is very useful, but I am facing an issue when trying to enable Online Time Synchronization. Every time I enter this option, the app disconnects or crashes. I hope this issue gets fixed in the next update.
