We consulted Dr on January 2nd as an urgent and emergency case. My son had instability problem and my pediatric doctor asked urgently to consult pediatric neurologist. Dr asked us to do Brain Mri scan because he had symptoms related to brain. They sent approval to Daman insurance on January 2nd. Today it's January 9th till now they did not do Mri scan. Daman insurance are delaying it as much as possible. Their protocol says they need 3 days for evaluation for each approval. Once it's rejected and sent again then more 3 days delayed. It's an emergency condition and we need it's treatment as soon as possible or I will have to see my son in a worst condition as time passes because of insurance policies. I request to speed up the process because as a parent I am tensed about my son. It is very urgent and do understand our situation. daman is too slow and need proper management or else patients condition will get worse.
