Despite facing a rude agent in my previous query, I manage to just ignore what I experienced because of people like Akbar.

With regards to DEEM app I haven’t explore it more but I notice that even if your still using the app it will auto out so I hope it will be fix cause there is no option in the settings.

New deem app service is very very bad

Today December 5th is my statement date and the deem deducted 2nd time the excess limit fee of AED 325 and vat from my credit card even though not exceed my limit. 1st time happened in November 5th statement. I don’t know, what they are doing with this bad deem app. Previous version of deem app is better than current deem app.

After introducing and updating new app, I face the following issues Unnecessarily deducted excess limit fee and vat even though I not exceed the maximum limit. From the new deem app, I downloaded another person statement instead of my statement from my login Cash back redeem showing in transaction list, but this amount not added and reflected with available balance. Regarding this matter, I sent mail to deem customer care and I received a immediate reply mail as the deem team reply to me with in 7 days and 7 days already finished and reply not yet received.

Bad experience with this deem app

This is the worst mobile banking up you cannot even do anything with it , Since last year November I been failing to update my EID it is just saying KYC update fail , Visited the Outsourcing Branch they did nothing about it I even left a copy of my EID at the reception nothing was done . Lastly email the I.O documents team with the same documents but still receives emails to update my EID am failing to understand how I can update this while I did all the necessary steps and I can’t even make payments as well I don’t know if it’s some money making scheme or what .Am really disappointed with this .The worst I’ve seen .
