I have been using this app for a long time and it is extremely useful!
However, lately I haven’t been able to sign in. Whenever I try to log in, the app immediately crashes. Yes, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, the crash persists.
Kindly look into the matter for a quick fix, otherwise the app is really great!

Been very helpful but these days they rarely respond
I have been using this app for last 3 years and this app have made my life much easier when it comes to bulk payments using saved cards and to use it as a reminder for any govt related transactions
However, recently I have made utility bill payments which was failed as per the application but my bank have already charged me for the payments. I have sent several emails to the support team and have not yet received a single response so far. Looking forward to the response from the support team

Marriage request through the application
While we are starting our marriage procedure everyone advices to use the app as it’s easy and we took by the advise then proceed our requests.
I paired for my request the required fee and my partner some error came to her and then she can’t be able to pay her request any more after that we requested for refund for my payment as started the normal procedure for marriage.
we are already married 2 month back and till now we didn’t receive the refund for my payment and when we call the customer service they are very good to handle but at the end no result happens and I don’t know when I will get this money back !!
