As usual - App isn’t responding

I’m trying to access the uae pass since more than 2 weeks but to no avail. I tried to delete and reinstall the app 4 times but it’s still not working.

I’m currently out of the country and there is no way I can access simple applications without the uae pass. There should be either an alternative way of doing things or a permanent fix to this issue.

Confused

I downloaded this app and provide as it was requested all my personal information ID, fingerprint etc on the kiosk as it says it only way to do it so, somehow after 30 minutes from my card someone star purchases for euro and dollars every 20 minutes, it was night time and I was at home but I drive to the bank to block my card! Because it was edirham card and I can’t manage from my online banking! However I blocked all my cards just in case. I think it somehow related because I never use any kiosks and my bank cards always was safe and secure! I don’t trust anymore to any app and also I want to remove my personal details but there is no option to remove! So don’t try!

Please note that UAE PASS is a none payment related application and we never ask for credit, debt or e-dirham cards details at any interaction with the application or at the UAE PASS kiosks.

We urge you not to share any personal details such as online or mobile banking credentials and password, card PIN or the three-digit CVV number on the back of cards with anyone.

Not working /cannot update details and customer care doesn’t help at all

I have been trying to update my new Emirates ID details and upgrade the app it doesn’t work since 3 days also even when I went kiosk machine it’s not working , I called help line more than 5 times as the phone app says to contact and customer care they don’t even no what is error I’m getting they keep on telling me to remove the app and download again and again which I did and still no help . Worse app and customer care it’s wasted lots of time . Smart app is 1000 times better than this and they moved to this
