Update May-2024:
Its very good app, way better than the old one, the waiting time is much better, now when you add new beneficiary you wait 3 hours, before it was 24 hours, and also when you send money the process is faster than before, I hope this don’t change. What I also like that I noticed recently they add option to schedule repeated transfers 😍 I was looking for that. Thanks a lot, keep going!

Till now it seems better than old version, however, I didn’t like that I can’t add beneficiary from EI and ENBD with their account number! they are changing how to start the IBAN from time to time, how can I know. It should allow with account number since we are same bank + I hope they removed 24 hours waiting when adding new beneficiary since its so useless and has nothing to do with safety. There is a lot of other choices that provide safety.

Dissatisfied

Once logged in to the app, it takes to long to see debit/credit card balance, transactions amount. All the rows where the amounts have to be mentioned are empty. I’m transactions you can see the merchant name but without the amounts (empty, loading). It’s not convenient at all. Customer has to be able to open the app and quickly check the balance, transactions, statement. It took approx 10 mins to load the balance on my cards. Yesterday was the same. The old app was perfect and very efficient, quick and easy to use. I didn’t try to perform any transaction via this app yet, except Du mobile payment. I assume that I might have some difficulties as well, based on other customers feedback.
I didn’t hear any positive feedback from anyone about the new app for a past 2 months. I’m surprised that till now, bank didn’t take any actions to improve the app or switch back to the old one. I’ve been a customer of EI bank for a 3 years; first time I am very dissatisfied because of online banking.

Can’t replace supplementary card

Extremely poor user experience and malfunctioning functionality. My supplementary credit card is not working and in the showing “Replace” turn on the. I tried the option of card replacement in the app but it ends with an error and asked me to call to the Call Center. When I call the Call Center the agent asked me to enter the primary credit card number after IVR prompt. The IVR then takes a credit card number and proceeded to block the card which I fear that it’s blocking the primary because it does not ask me whether I want to block the primary card or the second card. I tried the WhatsApp option as well Ahmad and I share the complaint details it never responds. All the banks should learn from WIO to develop user experience and avoid unnecessarily hiding of the card details inside the app. There is currently no way that customer the card number in case credit card is lost or not in his possession.
