ENOC PAY 4+

Dear Enoc,

The app idea is great, but the execution is bad really bad.

First, the app is way too sluggish between menus and sub menus, confusing

Search is bad, it doesn’t work “ for me” like never, and not sure if the app is using the gps, if not please do the same concept like rta mparking idea

Payment, and that is another story,

The app suppose to support both apple pay and a direct card “ I don’t understand why you need this option since you have apple pay” anyway, it doesn’t work
Every time i try to pay it gives me transaction failed and the funny thing is the fuel pump gets stuck on waiting for transaction for like 5 mins and I cannot cancel it from the app nor the workers can cancel it from the pump
So we have to set and wait. The execution is way too bad to use it.

A side note, why we can’t pay with apple pay from the car ? Why we have to go out to the card machine to do the payment, as per the on site staff they can’t disconnect it to bring it near to the car, i don’t understand why i mean Adnoc and Emirates are doing it, it should not be a problem.

make everyone life simple either a good payment app or even better just make the card machines handheld so anyone can pay using apple pay or any other payment option without going out of the car.

The idea is good really good, but execution the worst I ever seen.

This app starts off like a good idea, but OH MY GOD is it flawed! ... Forget about the fact that in the 5-ish different times I tried using it so far it worked ONCE and I spent like 3 minutes next to the pump for the payment to go through... But on top of it - it doesn’t remember you card if you don’t have it in Apple Pay, and I don’t understand why it can’t have an option to remember you credentials. Gotta log in every single time , which is extremely inconvenient and defeats the whole purpose of the app.

Also - DON’T forget to fix its MAIN FUNCTION - paying for gas...

It just doesn’t work. Verification process for card takes hours to get sms. QR codes don’t scan. If you ever make to get through, payment will experience ‘network’ or ‘server’ problem.

I’ve tried 4 times now at 4 locations. It’s just rubbish. It doesn’t work. Deleting it after review.

Another example of "we should probably have our own app...” but no thought or time given to proper field testing and functionality. 1 star given as, you guessed it: can’t give 0.
