This app has been a lifesaver! You can personalize your gifts with videos or photos. It saves a busy mom trips and the guess work of what the birthday child might want for a gift. I like this application it is so easy to use when you can decide on a gift or when you want to send a shared gift card. It’s very easy and simple and has a variety of shops that the gift recipient can choose from. Saves my day every time i can’t find the right gift.

1) Specifically concerning the Mall of the Emirates gift card, would be great that the AED 5 physical card fee is incorporated into the initial cost of gift. It is frustrating that the recipient of the MOE digital gift card has to pay AED 5 to convert digital gift card into a physical one.2) Please build in-app provisioning feature, to upload digital card into Apple wallet or Google wallet. This should eliminate the need for the gift recipient to queue up for a physical gift card at the mall (and paying the pesky AED 5).

Had to pay part cash for a gift I’d received because the voucher doesn’t allow using parts of the full amount since I didn’t utilize 250 dirhams worth of service (daughter didn’t want her nails painted.) very inconvenient and I wouldn’t recommend it.
