Payment can be done better

It would be better if payment was on the same page when checking out not entering a new page for payment specially as Apple Pay is there.

Waste of money

Never eating Texas chicken ever again. I ordered regular and I got spicy. The chicken was as black as a black bear. A different time, I went to the restaurant itself and the waiter was on his phone while taking my order. He forget my order and then I had to restart my order. Waste of money, I spent 60 AED just to be severely disappointed. The chicken was so bad I’m considering being vegan. The waiter put my food on the counter in the back for five minutes and didn’t even add anything to it. I had to wait for 10 minutes just for them to acknowledge my appearance and take my order. Never eat this restaurant.

I ordered a meal that is exclusive to order through the app only , after completing the order , my order didn’t get sent to the branch .. and when i present them my order they said it didn’t come through but they started preparing my order , i got my order and left and when i arrived home , what i ordered is not what i got ! My meal was (Chicken Crunch Burger + 2 tender pcs + Fries + Cola) and what i got was a box that have 2 chicken prices - one tender - one fries - coslaw and a cola) i was really frustrated and I don’t recommend ordering from the app 👎🏼 I won’t visit the same branch as well .. they’re unprofessional 👎🏼

The delivery is quick and easy. There’s cash on delivery option without any additional fee and the taste is great! One suggestion I’d like to give is the option to purchase the sprinkles packet the same way as sauces.
