Really enjoyed trying the Kitopi app! The account setup was quick and easy, and I liked being able to discover different restaurants and explore the available options in one place. I also tried it for my dine-in experience and found the overall process simple and convenient. The 20% cashback feature and Kitopi Wallet are a nice added benefit, and I’m also interested in trying out the new 30-Day Meal Pass. Overall, a smooth experience and a useful app if you regularly order food or dine out in the UAE.

I got a credit pack from Kitopi by paying 1K as it had a decent bonus. I usually order my acai bowls for breakfast from a specific restaurant. Every 2nd time when I place the order the order is delayed by quite some time. Also the delivery fees are chargeable even for gold tier customers which is obnoxious compared to other e commerce platforms. Also the portion size varies sometimes. Like yesterday on 26 Sep 2026 I placed my order at 2:14 pm and my order was delivered at 3:15 pm way beyond the promised time window of 2:41 pm to 2:51 pm. Delayed by 1 hour and 1 minute. Also when you reach out to support they are very rude and hesitant to order a decent refund for the delay which shows they don’t held themselves accountable or feel responsible at all.
