If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:

- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre

If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

The search for Cheque books continues

To I was sooo messed around by firstly the bank that told me last month I can order my company Cheque book through the ATM. Now weeks later I finally have the time on my off day to find an ATM only to discover you can’t in actual fact order from there. Then I go into the branch and they tell me I can so it through the mobile app or fill in a form to order it in bank, but of course I didn’t have my company stamp with me as I don’t walk around with my company stamp just incase I need it. So i left with an request form and downloaded the mobile app and still there is nooooooo where that I can see how to request a check book. On my online banking I still can’t seem to find the tab that requests the cheque book. This really frustrates me as I spent half of my off time to still have no cheque book requested. Shocking honestly as ENBD has that feature inside their app that I can order my chequebook.

Vague instructions on the new app

Will any one here believe if I say I have got charged 105 AED to transfer just 1200 to Sri Lanka? And this is using the regular method in the ADCB app when adding a beneficiary where also it says no additional charges and the other option is express money and that’s clear with the charges mentioned, and I also I have got charged in my account in Sri Lanka and this is all using the regular method where it says no additional charges, I don’t why why they make us so confused and waste our time to spend talking with the customer care. This 105 aed is something that I can do 4 times transfer through a ordinary money exchange in town. Team! This is very unfair. And ddnt get a sms too for that 105 aed regular transfer method. The previous version was much much better, so smooth and convenient

Insane

I have had 5 bank accounts in my life. This one has been the worst and most problematic user experience I could have imagined and I greatly regret opening an account with ADCB. The app has been riddled with bugs since the moment I installed it. First, broken login. Next, I’m unable to add payees. After that, payee takes 6 hours to confirm. Finally, after payee is finally confirmed, the app blocks me from making any payments. I called customer support and account manager multiple times, and I visited the branch twice asking for help. No one could fix the problem. In order to make vital payments on time I was forced to spend hours out of each day visiting a branch and filing payments at the tiller - a minimum of an extra 2 hours per payment. This took over 1.5 weeks to resolve. Finally, I was contacted by phone to confirm a payee who was confirmed in the system over a week ago before I could finally make payments. Completely unacceptable for a bank, upon whom people depend for their livelihood and punctual payments, to be so incompetent and inefficient.
