I recently had the opportunity to use this new NMC App and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the get-go, the app presented an intuitive interface that made navigation a breeze. Whether I was looking for information about specific departments, booking appointments, or accessing medical records, everything was just a few taps away.Another noteworthy aspect was the app's performance. It was fast, responsive, and I encountered no bugs or glitches during my use. Great job, well done!

Delayed uploading of Monthly Appointment Schedules It is absolutely ridiculous that I can not make an appointment for the following month, until the last day of the current month. For example, I need an appoint 3rd of Feb to renew my medication prescription, the insurance won’t approve it until the previous dose is finished but I am traveling 5th Feb, so I am stuck!!! Every day I sm calling and the staff tells me to call back on the 31st because the Doctors schedules are not available, not online and not if you call the appointment help line. So unprofessional for such a prominent medical facility. Frustrating for your clients and unproductive for your doctors, who may no have any client appointments on the first few days of each months as a result of this delay. At least 7 days in advance should be acceptable & possible to upload the next month appointment schedules!!! That’s why I give this App only 3 stars. Apart from that, it’s okay and serves it purposes.

Simplifying the interface and adding clear labels or guides for different sections would enhance usability.6.Performance Improvements: The app sometimes feels sluggish and crashes at times. Continuous performance optimizations and stability fixes are necessary.7.Clinic Information: Including detailed profiles for clinics (e.g., location, services, and specialties) would improve transparency and ease of access.By implementing these features, the app could become a more comprehensive and reliable healthcare management tool. Looking forward to seeing these enhancements in future updates!

I used this app a lot over the years and had no issues till recently but now it gives me an error message stating that I missed my previous 20 appointments and so I can’t proceed with the booking. I would like to assume that this has been experienced by others and that your team is working to resolve the problem.
