Incredibly difficult to find your exact brand. You can search for it and get zero results, yet you’ll find that brand if you look the hard way by product category. The Shopping List function is hardly a time saver: you can only Add All to your cart, not individual items. So when you add all, every time it says “some items were not added”. Why not? And which ones??! It doesn’t tell you, so you have to manually scroll through your entire Cart and cross check against your original shopping list. When you select meat or fresh food, it advertises by the kilo but defaults to 400g when you add to cart. Why? Then instead of being able to enter the weight you want, you can only go up 100g at a time, with up to a 30 second lag between each press of the button. It’s probably quicker to just get in the car and go do the shopping yourself?

Unfortunately the app creators aren’t very well versed in this creation. The app keeps freezing once the cart goes above 2000 making the process literally take days to finish shopping. At the end the items that are “not available” all tho we all know the darn eggs and milk ARE INDEED available, are deleted from the cart. The app doesn’t tell you what items were deleted, not giving up the opportunity to shop for the remaining missing items in an other app. So once everything is home; Surprise! You got no bread for the kids sandwiches that you promised you’ll have ready for breakfast... The excuse for such ineptitude: Oh madam we have so many items, it’s difficult to keep up.... Really?? Imagine if that was a valid excuse for the rest of the world apps that actually DO have MANY items. The reality is that the creators and keepers of the app are unprofessional and are not knowledgeable in the matter. So HR? Why do you hire incompetent staff? Do you want the company to loose money? Who hired the HR? Who is also not intelligent enough to understand the importance of hiring competent staff?
In any business, any coin matters. Little by little a fortune is made. Train yourself. Be prepared.
Delivery Language Barrier | Order Cancelation without Customers approval
I had a very bad experience last week where I missed the call of the delivery guy.
I tried to callback the soonest I saw miss calls from the delivery guy, unfortunately he doesn’t speak English fluently, for that reason I wasn’t able to communicate well with him. I’ve tried 3 consecutive daya to call him but he keeps on saying NO ENGLISH. Then the 3rd time I called, he pass the phone to other guy and that’s the only time I was able to inform that guy that I would like to find out where are my order??
Guy gave me the customer care number. Customer service says it will be delivered the next day.
Unfortunately after 3 days, no items got delivered and my orders have been cancelled.
This kind of situatuin is really unacceptable!!!
Knowing that Ive already made a payment online, wherein you guys have an assurance that what Ive ordered were already paid.
Shopping online is what customer mostly would
Like to do now adays to avoid any hassle and stress.
However in cases like this, we could not keep an eye to our phone 24/7, therefore if in case your customers missed the calls of your delivery guy, you have to consider to have it delivered the next day. Orcall your customer back for an update.
Don’t ever cancel customer’s order especially if it is paid online. And ensure that guy must somehow eligible in communicating with customers.
