Error on withdrawal, no support

I am getting “an error occurred, try again later” when trying to withdraw via bank transfer. The beneficiary account is already approved and everything is fine. Tried on multiple devices multiple time reinstalling the app. When reporters, the call center ask me to send email to helpdesk, the helpdesk asks me to call the call center but no one is offering any help. It’s been now a month and they have now stopped answering my emails. I am stuck with my funds which I need but cannot withdraw.

No service

I submitted two gift vouchers through the app, then went to redeem them in one of the mentioned in the app locations before Eid (there was a promotion devoted to Eid). As for today (two weeks AFTER EID), still no result on my account.
The guy from the NB called me last week as I asked for a call. I described the problem, he promised to handle it. One week passed and no response, no result. Obviously, by their fault I missed the Eid draw, plus the required sum is still not on my account. Apparently my money gone with the wind, and they are fine with that (((
