West Zone - Grocery Shopping 4+

Hi,
I have been a regular customer on your app but it’s been a while since there’s a problem on your app. I’ve been trying to order many times but on the check out, the app will load and suddenly stops. It’s been like this for a couple of months, I thought it’s just a short term problem of the app. But till now it’s the same problem. I really hope that you can fix it soon as I like ordering items from westzone.

I have downloaded almost all shopping apps to try out the services, allow me to tell you, this app is the worse! No calls being answered, online order are all wrong! Not only wrong order but also so many missing items! Since Yesterday 14:30 no answers, finally on WhatsApp they reply after so long of seeing them online at 10:30, but no reply and when they did I got an “ok” and if I wanted to add anything, of course I wanted to return and add the missing items! No reply! And they are online the whole day but my msgs are not even being read and calls not being answered!! Delete the WhatsApp and the online app, disconnect the mobile number and landline if possible just to make it clear and you guys don’t exist! Please help customers understand that you do not only deliver poor delivery service but also don’t care about getting back to the customer and that we should be prioritizing other grocery stores and forget west zone is even 5 min walking distance!

Usually I ordered from Westzone my weekly grocery I was aware about that app is not working properly since more than 5 month then I went to supermarket and taken their Whatsaap number to order my stuff but last 2 to 3 time order was getting delay I just ignore may be they are busy but yesterday they didn’t received a call I was just waiting for their reply so that I will not place on others app suddenly I saw it’s more 1 hr they didn’t reply when I given a call again to supermarket then person telling me to order from app then you will get on time I agreed again I ignored them. Today again I tried to order from app it’s still having same issue not showing pay option I have attached both the screenshot unexpected experience They don’t want to take order on call or Whatsaap even they don’t want to fix their problem
