I am constantly disappointed with this online game. I play daily, and every time this platform detects I’m winning, it will glitch out and claim technical error and sign me back into the game to start losing. I haven’t won a game in almost 2 years. It might be in my best interest to stop giving this platform my money, as I’m convinced I will never win anything from playing. It’s sad, especially when you see the jackpot totals, that everyone on this platform can’t win something. It’s disheartening, when you see 5 million listed for the jackpot, but never win. I’m disappointed in Va lottery. If they don’t have it rigged, then explain to me why this happens every single time I start winning? Cause it does! No other explanation to it, except for they have it rigged for certain players to win. I believe I will start investing my money elsewhere, because they can’t seem to deliver the services they should. I’m disappointed, highly unsatisfied, and down right mad with this online game! This platform. Congrats to the winners though. You must live in a winning location, God knows I sure the heck don’t! so congrats on your winnings! At least someone is getting some of the millions we all give to this company. It’s so disappointing for a resident of Va my entire life, not being able to win a dime of the money I have given over the years, just sad! I wish I could have all the money I have spent on playing, cause i would invest it in another company that offers fair gaming to all its customers.

So I use to play a lot on this website. But it always the same. VA LOTTERY JUST KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY. If I wins like $50 and the next 50 play I win nothing till Va lottery win back there $50. Have anyone been getting any bonus’s? I feel like you just get one bonus now when we play. Va lottery just keep taking and taking . To be honest no one will ever wins in VA lottery. I honestly think we all need to stop playing and till Va lottery stop cheating. Because that’s what it’s feel like to me. It like finding a needle in a haystack. Good luck to tall the people that’s still playing. Hope some one will take a big wins form them. Just like thanks for the cheating VA LOTTERY . I had 5 favorite slots game. They had decent payouts. 3 of those games were discontinued. While I appreciate the bonus offers that include slot games, it would be beneficial to know the value of the free games before making a deposit. Additionally, the rewards section begins at the start of each month. Therefore, I typically scan my ticket at the beginning of the month only to find I’m over the deposit limit until the next day.For those who claim to have spent a significant amount of money without winning anything or winning very little, it is important to recognize that the house has a higher probability of winning. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment rather than a means of achieving wealth. While the prospect of winning is enticing, it is not a guaranteed outcome. In essence, gambling can be likened to attending a movie. One should approach it with the understanding that it involves spending disposable income with the expectation of receiving a few hours of entertainment and the possibility of unexpected outcomes. While the likelihood of winning a substantial amount is low, it is possible to experience significant wins. While I enjoy playing the demo games to get a feel for how each game works it can be hard to be sure that you are not playing for real money (if you’re eyesight is not great the demo text in some games is small.

It's only been a day, and I am never going to recover from the removal of the favorite dashboard, which made it possible to play the games you wanted and ignored the games one doesn't like. All that's left is the original list of all games, so WRA has to to scroll through a list of something like 146 games to see what one wants to play and one never wants to play lots of them. With the reconstructed app, they don't even allow one to sort the games on the list with any reasonable filter. For example, one can segregate all of the progressive games, but one can't segregate those that are not progressive for those of us who just don't like those. They did however leave the little heart that one can mark on the homepage of each game… Which will waste your time if WRA doesn't know that there's no need to click those anymore. Apparently they've been disabled. I went through two devices to click my favorites, deleted the app and then reinstalled it and tried again, only then discovering that the feature is a left over from the dashboard system that they didn't bother to delete, wasting even more of my time. I will never understand why people need to make something that's great even "better,"Even when better is ridiculously subjective. Far better, they could've fixed the glitches in three games that don't properly close out when you're finished with them, requiring you to shut down the app and start all over again. Simple fixes, and people have been voicing their frustration, but we all got this dashboard disaster instead. I guess it's good enough for Government work.
