I can say my very first experience on the site felt like a scam i would regret wasting time playing a money grab with another generic name that has all the copycat casino style games and identified As a sweepstakes app. It cost me $6 and about an hr one night to find there’s NO misrepresentation about the legitimacy of the site. I downloaded on a Friday afternoon Won Before midnight, requested the redemption early Saturday morning and with the holiday weekend and issues with POA- I woke up Tuesday morning with the $1,100+ in my account and a special bonus sent to my email to keep playing. I joined the Facebook and Discord and never looked back!

I downloaded this app and bought one of their packages without any need for verification. I played for a while and won a little money. Just like any other casino app, once you win a little, they start taking it all back. Just out of curiosity, I hit redeem to see what it was all about. It sent me to a verification process that I have to show proof of address, which my mailing address (a P.O. Box) doesn’t match the physical address that is shown on my ID. I have submitted several that show my mailing address and a document showing my mailing address AND my physical address to match my ID. Apparently, none of those documents are acceptable because they want a bank statement showing my transactions. My bank statement only shows my mailing address because that’s where I get my mail, therefore, it doesn’t match the physical address on my ID. Also, why do they want a statement showing my bank transactions. It is absolutely none of their business how I choose to spend my money. After wanting that document, they want you to submit your social security number. Why does they need that number unless that are trying to hack my bank account. Not other mobile casino app that I play on requires any of those documents or information. All they require is an ID for verification. They had no issue taking my money when I purchased one of their packages without verification but when I might want to redeem some of my winnings, they make it impossible to do so through their verification process. In my personal opinion, this mobile casino is a scam! BEWARE!
