I am an elder citizen. And I choose not to like electronic devices. But this app actually is easy and clear and helpful. Calling is hard because I have a hearing disorder in the past so just to see it and to be able to enlarge the amount right on the phone and so fast to load.

Easy to use

Having the app is much easier than calling in to find out what your balance is with the app, you can see when your monthly benefit comes in how much you used and how much you have left on your EBT card. Love it!!

This app is very easy to use. Nobody should complain. I wish for more people people people people to get a chance to use this app it’s people would give an app a chance they might even start using it.
