Dec 2020 - thank you for enabling Face ID per suggestion and PayNow via contact. I have a new suggestion on Paynow. I’d like to be able to send PayNow Confirmation via iMessage, line, WhatsApp, while masking my account number and account name. It would make this functionality perfect. Thank you so much. For next update, I’d like to suggest 1) adding Face ID for authentication2) in PayNow function, add contact access so that users can pick whom to pay via names, instead of having to manually input 8 digit phone number which is prone is human error.3) in PayNow function, remember old or frequent PayNow phone number or contacts. Mind you that all of these suggestions are already available in HSBC HK app & PayMe. Thank you and hope the next update is better.

Dark mode support and confusing card payment

New app design and no dark mode support !Since you like blinding our eyes at night = 1 starOn top of that the app does not update the statement payment due despite the payment already done.Maybe instead of doing fancy superficial changes, you should focus on updating the information whether the statement was paid or not !
