Apple Store 4+

Apple is a good product. I've been using apple my entire life. BUT, you guys make new phones every 6months.. like why can't I have the newest phone for like a year...? Also, way over priced. I get that inflation is crazy right now, but cmon... $600?? Just for a phone that's the same as the last?? Literally the iPhone 13 Pro Max looks the same as the iPhone 14 Pro Max.. Lastly, if you guys want to make money for good phones, you should switch it up. We've been doing this 2 camera, 3 camera thing for like 4 years now. And apparently the 15 is supposed to have 5 cameras?? I'm guessing in 2090 the phone is gonna be covered in cameras😒 ..?

To everyone reading this, DO NOT BUY AIRPODS. They work well and they are easy to use, but there are 2 crazy problems:
1. Price
2. Battery
The AirPods are just WAY too expensive, especially the $249 AirPods Pro, and you won't even feel the difference in the more expensive AirPods. The AirPods 2 are only $129, but they are STILL not worth buying, especially if there's wired earbuds for $15. I know a lot of people would NEVER use wired earbuds, but they're really not that bad. The wire really makes no difference and is exaggerated by everyone and your phone is always on you, so Bluetooth doesn't matter.
The battery is also awful on the AirPods. I have the AirPods 2, but I use wired earbuds and Beats Studio3 instead, since the battery is COMPLETELY false-advertised and it only lasts 20 minutes. The case has plenty of battery and I never have problems with it, but it is REALLY annoying to keep putting the AirPods back in the case every 20 minutes.
My favorite alternatives to this are wired earbuds if you're in public and Sony wireless headphones when you're at home.
The technology for wireless earbuds are at least 5 years too early and I really don't recommend buying any.

I sent my phone in for a repair 3 months ago due to the back glass being broken.

Apple decided to send a refurbished phone back to me, and everything was all good.

Within a couple weeks I noticed the screen felt like it was moving every once in a while, but I sometimes get vertigo and dismissed it as my eyes were just not focusing.

Lately my phone has been randomly going black while watching TikTok videos, and today I took my case off to inspect the phone to see what the heck was going on.

I immediately noticed the entire bottom glass of the phone was out of the phones frame and resting on my pinky. I tried to press the glass back in, but it just partially pops back out.

I have been paying for insurance on this phone, and 4 others for years and have only had 1 incident. (Back glass broke.)

The cost is $15 per device/month. And $1200 for each iPhone. My iPhone that apple sent to me as a replacement lasted 3 months before the screen fell out of the frame, and is making me pay $100 again for them to actually fix the problem this time. ( since their quality control department is apparently not adequate.)
