Phenomenal but there’s a glitch

This app is exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely perfect, simple to use, straight forward, covers everything and, what I love most about Zoho, they don’t fluff their products to try and make them seem advanced and of high value by integrating useless styles, layouts, icons, processes, etc. It’s 110% user friendly- no confusion and no crashing. Gets the job done flawlessly… aside from the one glitch that isn’t allowing me to save pdf copies of the invoice on my iPhone. I click view PDF, apple share button, save to files, my files window appears but there is no “save” button and you can’t go back so you have to close out of the app and re-open. So I just email them to myself and save to my files from my email. Not a big deal.

I really love this app. It’s honestly changed my life by helping get my small business billing in order. But recently I opened the app and it wouldn’t let me do anything until I updated. The message on screen said something to the effect that “we recommend/suggest you update” but in reality they were forcing it. And I tried going to the App Store and my connection was slow and I was getting errors from the App Store app and couldn’t update. So then I’m stuck making a note to myself to enter some info later… which is the exact problem this app was solving for me. honestly made me nervous to keep using this app.

Hello, I just want to say that I’m very happy with the set up to work in the app. After the last update everything is working great. Thank you for making it so easy to create invoices and estimates for my service. There is only one request from me. if you guys can work on it for next update. I would love to have the option to move items like from bottom to top. Updating my review: thank you so much for adding the option requested above. Now I can edit and I have that option right there where I need it. It’s perfect for my use. Thank you.

To change the position of the item on the invoice, you'll have to tap on the "Remove or Reorder" option seen above the item table and then hold the item and drag it upwards/ downwards.
