I normally do not write reviews, this being the one exception.The Shangri-La app alone is great. I have it installed on both my phone and laptop. Easy to follow and navigate through. The app is loaded with useful information and pictures of each of their properties. In terms of their properties, what can I say about the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts other than Outstanding! One of the finest and most elegant chain of Hotel-Resorts you can find anywhere. From their warm, friendly, helpful staff, to their tasty superb restaurants, to their beautiful, lavish accommodations. I challenge you to find any better than the Shangri-La properties. They do it right! Putting the guest as their number one priority. So on your next business trip, weekend getaway or family vacation, you should simply give the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts a try. The hotel was very nice, large rooms and the entire staff was very professional and accommodating. The afternoon I was scheduled to leave, right before I did my late check out, the airline canceled my flight and was rescheduled for the next evening. The agent at the reservation desk booked me another night in the same room even though the hotel was sold out because a big pharma company was having a business summit. I would very highly recommend this hotel

My first introduction to the orient in a 5 star hotel. This is my 4th year returning to this outstanding hotel. The Horizon Club is an adult wonderland. In the morning having a quiet breakfast with the hotels great selection. In the evening cocktail time is also great to experience after a busy day. Outstanding snacks and of course your favorite libation and the view from the club on the 21st floor overlooking the harbor is an end to a busy day.Thank You Kowloon Shangri-La

Terrible app and zero services, poker face when check in, only one staff for check in and wait for 23mins with no apologize, drop the card and say next, what r u? Target? No indication to a visitor, how I am suppose to know where the elevator was, and can you pretend to care? The price here is not the final price and there is no option to calculate the final price with tax and services fee. And for room, what this is, build last century? In App there is screen sharing and it was not supported. facility in room was for what? Someone born in 1920? IF YOU WANT GLOBAL MARKET, LEARN MARRIOTT, HYATT, that’s what really called services and REASONABLE price.
