Usable, but can be so much better

I would really appreciate if the claims summary would include useful information such as the name of the company who submitted the claim. Just naming the doctor’s name in the claims list does not help me keep track of reconciled bills, especially when so many of the listed claims end up being itemized instead of consolidated into a single summary, which is what I get when I receive the bill. Trying to figure out which bills are paid is tedious. The doctor searches and ratings are still very useless, too.

but this one makes it more complicated. I thankfully kept my old insurance card in my wallet since the “virtual only” ID card is rarely available, will not load onto my phone wallet, and will not allow me to request a physical card. Payments, checking claims, seeing an UPDATED total on deductibles, figuring out why I had to pay hundreds of dollars instead of the listed $50 (apparently the small print was in invisible digital ink but I failed to print anything and just have it handwritten from talking to a rep) and other things I’ve needed have been unavailable since we rolled into the new year. The past 3 years I had to call only once but this year I’ll be on call number three tomorrow unless there’s a miracle and I can pay premiums in the app. Please fix the functionality or just revert the platform back to the way it actually worked in 2024.

None of the features work - what is the point??

I should not have to get out my check book and mail a check or make a phone call where I will be on hold for god knows how long. The “find care” feature doesn’t load. I can’t look up primary care physicians. The other day I needed to find an urgent care that took my insurance and these wouldn’t load either. My digital insurance card doesn’t load. My medical history won’t load. I tried using the support chat for help and got an error message there as well. It’s infuriating. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still doesn’t work. BCBS is a multibillion dollar corporation - fix it. Now.

I downloaded this app. I can open it up at the initial download but as soon as I get in the app & navigate back to the home screen, it locks up EVERY TIME & it won’t let you move out of the screen. I have to get out by opening another app & swiping up in order to get the app to close since the screen is frozen/locked up. I have deleted & reinstalled this app 3 different times and it still freezes/locks up. I would have thought over the period of a few months this would have been corrected but has not. Very dissatisfied & frustrated with it as it would be very beneficial to use for my healthcare.
