I live in Port St. Lucie Florida. I watch channel 12 CBS news. It’s disturbing to see how it seems like they’re always campaigning for Trump. I know this is a Republican state but I always thought CBS News was a democratic channel. I don’t understand why they’re always putting things on there about Trump, it’s disturbing to me as being a Democrat because a lot of what he says right now, is to put fear and everybody , bothers me. I understand that you cover the news and that’s what it’s all about but it really bothers me that I hear so much about him on our news and I don’t hear that much about our Democrats at all of what they say because Trump is just divided our country made us unstable and put fear and everything he says, so why would you cover his lies?

I really value and have a lot of trust in quality content and journalism of CBS News in comparison to the other major networks. This app, however, is awful and is in major need of a complete overhaul. Unlike virtually every other significant news app, there are no options to filter or quickly search for news through organizational sections. The options for streaming programs are nice but not a priority for most people who use news apps to read articles instead of viewing videos. The local news section, literally the only other section, would also benefit from coverage of more cities and specific regions (i.e. maybe people living in northern New Jersey might want more news localized to NJ instead of just being thrown under the NYC umbrella). Even the aesthetics are underwhelming and makes the entire app look unfinished. Disappointing for the network historically referred to as the Tiffany Network. I’m not exactly saying Edward R. Murrow is rolling in his grave (although he actually might be for other reasons) but my god, spruce up the app.

I thought that CBS could be trusted to report unbiased reporting but you proved me wrong. Reporting that Trump said that he said he was against a woman’s right in the abortion issue is incorrect. To paraphrase he said something like “I will have get to you on that”, and is not a declaration of being against it even with a clear video that CBS provided. CBS however, decided it was. He did come back in a short amount of time with another statement that again that did not say he was against it. I believe that he has stated he was for the individual states to decide when asked prior. He did not say that he was against it, for it NOR has given the stance regarding the states deciding at any time during the report of this day. The issue has been misrepresented and therefore is bias reporting. This was repeated by the anchors. Now this does not represent how I feel on the issue of female rights in any way. I am a well educated woman and do not want my decision made for me by CBS. I thought better of you. It’s a shame that bias reporting was provided. I am disappointed

I was just forced to update to version 4.2.3 of your app. I watch it on an iPhone 6. The previous version was fine. This version it’s not downloading well. It took a couple tries to watch overtime. I tried to watch the live feed and the speakers could not finish a sentence before the video and audio would freeze for a minute or two at a time. Finally I tried to watch a favorite, take out and it would never download just gave me a black screen with the play button but no video, no audio. No change when I pushed the button. Please work on this and create a new update very quickly as you have rendered the app nearly useless at least on an iPhone 6. This update I will eagerly take but I really resent wanting to watch five minutes of some thing and being forced to wait and update the app before I am allowed to do so. A much better method is to alert the viewer that there will be a forced update when they close this use of the app.
