Awesome and again Awesome!

I’m coming back here to take the time to edit this again. I said three years ago how great this app was, came back a year or so ago to say how great this app is and I'm going to say now after the past weekend i won’t use another app, because i had an issue with a garage telling me it was $22 when the app clearly showed $15. Rather then argue i paid and left. That next evening contacted BestParking and within the same evening got back to me, got the information and the next day sent a check out for the overcharge to me. Im lucky if my company ever gets back to the customer let alone the same night and the next day the charge is settled. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST PARKING APP, and of course the great discounts. The fact that I saved hundreds and they still reimburse me the $7. AMAZING!

With this app you’ll be deceived and pay more to park

*****UPDATE*****A few weeks after leaving this review I received an email from the app customer service dept letting me know they investigated my complaint and saw that I overpaid because the garage did not qualify my vehicle as an oversize. They issued a refund in the amount I was overcharged. I must say that it’s nice to know they care about their customers and their experiences. It has made me reconsider using the service again*****
I generally in the past have used this app to find a parking garage in various cities while traveling. Until recently I never reserved and paid for a garage through the app. I had a business trip in NYC for 3 days so I decided to park near the venue and prepay, The app quoted me $79 for an 8 hour day or $71 for 24hrs, so of course I kept the car in the garage the full 3 days to save some money. My total was billed at $213
However when I went to pick up my car, the cashier took my parking ticket and rang me up at $168. While my scanned parking pass showed I prepaid, I also was able to learn I overpaid by $45. Not cool and won’t be using this app again

Hi there, sorry for the trouble! Our support team has reached our via email regarding the erroneous oversize fee. Since vehicle make/model often determine the price for parking, this justifies further research on our part into how to provide a more seamless experience. Hope this helps and thanks for bringing this up!

Wasn’t happy

Today was my first time using the app. I purchased a parking pass through this app and when I get there I parked and realized there was no one there to show proof of parking. I called the help people on this app and she told me to write out my parking pass number on a piece of paper and stick it in the dash. So after I did that I was still concerned about being towed so I walked all around the garage there was no one. Finally I found a security button I could speak to someone on and they told me I couldn’t park there that my pass was not valid and I’d be towed because the garage was for people that lived in the apartments... I was so upset because the woman from this app told me my car would have been fine. I called the help people back and they were able to refund me my money with out any questions. That is the only reason why I’m giving two stars because they made it easy to get the refund. But I had no where to park and was late for the baseball game I bought tickets to because of this parking mess.
