Resident portal application for community associations and management companies. Enumerate Engage is a resident portal and communication app developed for community associations and community management companies. Authorized residents can login to the app to check their association dues, payment history, and violation notices. Residents can also submit and check the status on architectural and maintenance requests, make online amenity reservations, interact in neighborhood groups and committees, message with their manager, make posts to their Community Feed, and RSVP to association events. Community board members can communicate internally within the app and use the Task Management system for planning projects. Community managers post official association information to the Association News channel. Email, text and mobile notifications can be set by each resident per information type.

For the past week, it doesn’t allow to make a payment which results in delays and possible late fees. When submitting payment, UI throws alert “Failed to make Enumerate payment”. This core functionality requires a hot fix

This is the first app I’ve had to keep up with my condo association. It has been a giant improvement over what we had before. I can easily find documents and announcements that I want. My one complaint would be that I cannot print or share documents from my phone but instead must go on my laptop.

I think if Enumerate is going to use a 3rd part development company to build their mobile application that they would be concerned about the fact that their app is getting very poor reviews. At minimum there should be an expectation that the 3rd party company respond to all of the review posts. Especially the critical ones. It concerns me as an HOA President that we are asking our residents to download an app that is getting very poor reviews and heir doesn’t appear to be an attempt to correct this.

Does not support logging in via Face/Touch-ID. After each approved invoice user must start over from the Home Screen. The ability to simply go to the next invoice needing approval would be great.
