For quite some time I had intentionally not downloaded this app. “I listen to IPR all the time; what can the app provide that I don’t already get by listening to the radio?” Apparently A LOT! Not only can I listen to stories again, there are stories that I have missed, especially on the classical station. There are also written pieces that never air on the radio, and more background and research into more and different topics than those just reported on the radio. With this app at the Iowa public radio experience has depth & breadth I never knew existed. Great work!

IPR is a fantastic source for all things news. Most of the time they cover events well and hide pretty much all the info you need to understand a clear picture of what’s actually going on . But….It is time for all websites, apps, etc., to just stop tracking people. None of us should have to constantly opt out of cookies or other tracking tech connected to the apps and sites we use in order to maintain our privacy.The almighty dollar has become more important than our privacy and it’s getting ridiculous…If I didn’t have to opt out of privacy tracking bs or wonder who the hell is buying my information, or what they will try to sell me based on my internet experiences and searches, I’d give five stars.

News I can trust-with content that is trustworthy-even if I dislike knowing about something—the facts are there. I can make up my own mind!! I also enjoy the variety of music much of which I wouldn’t find on my own. Access to international platforms also gives balance to our domestic editorials. Keep it up!
