I've been playing this game a lot recently and for some reason all of a sudden I can't buy anything from the store to complete any of my quests. This started about 5 days ago and I keep looking in the App Store for an update but nothing is happening. I check the store everyday and it just shows the loading wheel forever until I exit out of the store. Can you please fix this?! Cause I literally can't do anything without buying buildings or crops to complete quests. Thank you

Wasted potential

I remember playing this game when I was younger and its quality was SO much better then. Idk if there has been a decline in maintenance now, but when I recently reinstalled this game, I found so much more errors. For one, a lot of the items and even one of the characters (Norma Jean) don’t even load in properly and are basically black squares and outlines, ruining the aesthetic immersion that I enjoyed when I was younger. And I can’t even visit Ruby’s canyon for one of the quests like I did before because “Carson is tinkering with the server”. I wanted to give this game a chance. I really did, even if it was mainly for nostalgia’s sake. I enjoyed the character storylines and the city building simulation mechanics, so it’s disappointing to see how far this game has fallen. What makes it worse is clearly you are not interested in improving this game for the few players you do get because you keep answering all your reviews with the same “give us an email” bot template type of response. And since another reviewer here said they didn’t receive any help even when they DID reach out to you, I think it’s safe to say you clearly do not bother reading feedback anyway.
Deleted...game makers don't listen or fix anything

So I just changed my 3 star rating to 1 star. I'm also deleted this app. None of the items in the shop will load. I tried an uninstall/reinstall and now I can't even get into the game. It give me a "Carson's tinkering try again later" message. I've read numerous reviews and they're all the same. The shop item don't load or people can't get into the app. If you want people to keep this the you're going to have to start putting an effort into the game upkeep and start listening to your players. I haven't been able to access the shop for 2 days now. It just won't load any items. This is making it impossible to complete tasks or make any money. Also, why are you so stingy with the pick axes? You need them for half your tasks which can't be completed because you won't give me any pick axes! I'm aware I can purchase them but some of us who enjoy these games don't have the extra cash to waist on them. I love this game but it can be a little discouraging at times.

Westbound has a lot of potential to be really fun, but has a couple of issues that really are disappointing. The first issue is with the game loading. I have had it up to my ears to with the message "Carsons tinkering with the servers". The game will work on one of my devices but not another. I've had to delete the app and reinstall more times than I can count. Also, to expand your territory, you will need axes. Unless you pay for them, it's pretty much a lost cause. I've completed multiple options for the free axes through tap joy, but have yet to receive any. I've contacted them regarding this issue but never received a response. So sad, this game could have been one my favorites.
