It’s a great app. Easy to create an account, accounts are easily accessible, making internal transfers is quick and easy, and mobile check deposit is awesome.But the App compared to others needs a bit of a update, maybe a sleeker look. Also, giving their users an option to access their routing card along with their bank number with it would be a nice touch for those looking to set up direct deposits for a new or current job.Keep up the wonderful work as a bank & as people, never been dissatisfied with the tellers or customer support for the app.

Never been Broke
I really enjoyed being a participant in this Bank company. I have never had any issues if there was trouble that came up I have been able to go to the branch and take care of the issue at hand. Online is just as easy. The people are very friendly and very helpful.

Honestly, when it’s working, the app is ok. However, it stops working every few months and there seems to be no fix outside of calling during business hours to have it fixed from tech supports end. It’s pretty irritating and it always seems to crash at the most inconvenient times, which is the weekends or evenings, when there isn’t anyone available. Smh.
