This app does not notify you when your doctor messages you back. I’ve missed so many messages by several DAYS. And no it’s not my phones notifications, because they are all turned on.

Dr. Bender helped my 90 year old grandma who had Covid recover quickly by prescribing her life saving medicine that other doctors wouldn’t! He responded within an hour of me reaching out and his nurse was so patient on help us through the process of registering my grandma and getting her prescriptions sent over the same day! A few days later I tested positive and they’ve helped me quickly, professionally and with the utmost care. I’m so thankful for his service!!

I used Medici to text my friends orthopedic surgeon about some hip pain I've been having for at least 6 months. I've been putting off going to the doctor because I didn't want to waste half my day and spend hundreds at an orthopedics office. I sent him a photo diagram of where the pain is and he gave me advice on how to use over the counter gels and stretching to relieve the pain. If the pain still didn't go away then I would follow up in office. Thankfully with his advice I am almost pain free, finally able to run again! All it cost me was $25! Thank you Medici for saving me time and money. Without this app I would still be in pain, putting off seeing the doctor.
