I was very pleased with this app but the last two versions just added more bugs, I’m now unable to playback events without the app crashing, also the event screenshot no longer shows up in the notifications. Please fix ASAP or roll back to the previous version.Besides the bugs the app is great, but I don’t like not being able to view playback locally over WiFi local network directly without going through the internet, which is a lot slower.

Had this app for 1.5 years now. Multiple issues. I purchased a set with 8 cameras and connected them all to the WiFi. There’s no continuous scrolling when looking at the camera history. And it keeps reloading from the beginning every-time I try to scroll to see what happened a couple minutes / seconds later. Within those couple of seconds. Anything can be missed like someone passing by. It gets to be annoying when I’m back from work and find packages missing, and have to view each and every single second of the past 10 hours just so I won’t miss a thing CAUSE THERE IS NO CONTINUOUS SCROLLING. on top of this, throughout the last 1.5 years the app kept logging me out, prevented me from logging in even with the correct login info, as well as giving me the “unable to display” screen when I’m at work. This was especially irritating when I went on vacations and wanted to check my cameras. Save your money and time. You ARE paying for quality and this is exactly like its price. Cheap and useless. Better off paying for a RING or NEST cameras.

The NVR works good the cameras do their job IF you are going to record onto a hard drive what you can access on your own . The horrible experience comes when you download this app and trying to do iCloud and view your live feed. It’s never consistent it will lock you out, there is no customer service especially if you do not live within the Asian and Europe regions. email does not work, chat isn’t available, they don’t have live-support, they don’t have a number to call you. Their WhatsApp is not active. You are pretty much on your own so this app is pointless it does not do its job you cannot be at home and see your cameras at your business because this app is very inconsistent. The help and support is nonexistent.If you still choose to use it good luck cause you’re going to need it!

IMOU LIfe camera is really great and at one point I could record daily 24 hour non-stop sessions of the viewing areas and the video would store on my iPhone, but not anymore! 😠After the last upgrade I am now being asked to give IMOU Permissions to my Photo Library, access it appeared to already have for months since I’ve had the product! The when you press the Setting as the display asks, I goes directly to the iPhone IMOU Setting Screen f which the is no option to provide these permissions! I’m hoping it’s just a glitch that will be fixed shortly, otherwise it’s a useless monitor that is useless for any type of security as advertised! I guess this is probably a push to their subscription service! Luckily their customer support phone numbers appear to be in China, so that’s a long distance call I will not be making. I’ve lost money already if I can’t use the device as I had been since I bought it! A call would probably be futile at this point (sigh)
