I love this place from the express lane if you have the app to floor mat washers that make my floor mats looking brand new! My car has never stayed so clean for so long! With the monthly plan it saves me so much money and I can zip through whenever my car is looking a little dull. And the vacuums make it so much easier to get the inside looking like I just drive it off the lot. And the floor mats cleaners puts it over the top! No more spraying them off at the car wash just to have me leaving soaked and my mats not clean! I tell everyone about this place it’s everything a car wash should be!

I’ve been a monthly unlimited wash member since 2020, yet for the past few months the Tommy’s Express app has been completely unusable for me. The app says I never had an account, even though I’ve been paying every month for years.I cannot log in, manage my membership, or access anything through the app. When I called customer service, they were able to find my account immediately and continue taking my payments, which makes this even more frustrating. If my account exists for billing, it should exist in the app as well.The lack of functionality and inability to resolve this ongoing issue is unacceptable, especially for long-term customers. Paying every month with no proper access or control over my account is extremely frustrating. This needs to be fixed.

Just started with Tommy’s today. The cashier was friendly and helpful with my deciding what wash program that I wanted to get. And once my wash was done (loved the process, especially the little extra rinse at the end to get the soap off of the windshield and the extra powerful dryers, I was helped through the use of the app by Avia. Excellent customer service and a fine wash!

This is just like you standard car wash …while the wash is subpar compared to others in the area…the unlimited membership of $22 is a good value….& the 30 day unlimited washes is a plus…however while others offer free glass cleaner & car shine you charge $5 for a Detailing Kit…but that’s not the worse problem…your vacuums “SU€K” & I don’t mean that in a good way…I thought it was just the one I used until I talked to another customer & he was using a burst to try to help get the dirt out…I can get more lifting power from a hand held battery powered vacuum….someone also needs to separate the fact that if you activate 1 vacuum another one turns on too….extra noisy…….
