Package Concierge is an electronic locker system used at apartment communities to manage the package delivery and retrieval process. The system contains various sized lockers operated by a touch screen. The kiosk displays all residents who live at the community to carriers delivering packages. Residents are notified of package deliveries via email, text message, or phone call. The mobile app was created for user convenience. Through the app, residents have the ability to register their account and update its information, track deliveries, scan their barcode, manage dependents, activate push notifications, and update billing information.
Literally every time I have to use this service I have to call corporate and get my account reset because it is absolutely terrible. I just spent over an hour on the phone and they weren’t able to fix it and weren’t able to fix it. I had to get a supervisor on the phone And after an hour they finally were able to fix it. They forced their service attendance to rush you through their system as fast as possible and hang up on you without verifying that you’ve actually completed what’s required to have your account work
I Don’t Think This Company Is Real

I seriously think that this company is either not real. Has only three employees that are all aliens born in a lab project gone wrong at Peter Thiel’s house or part of some cabal of people that feed off of other people’s misery. Whoever they are - they’re definitely home by 3pm and immediately get straight to taking stupid pills and passing out in a puddle of their own smelly drool. Package Concierge - you’re the reason I have no hope for the future of humanity.

The new apartment complex I moved into, uses this worthless service, coming from the Luxor services which is by far so much better and their customer service is great. I get packages and no notifications, trying to contact customer service takes ages, the app crashes and I can keep going on and on but it pointless since nothing will be improved just judging by all the 1 star reviews.

Terrible system. I continually get random “welcome” emails from the app with a new user name and pin. I think I’ve been randomly given 6 or 7 new usernames and pins. Also, most of the time the delivery driver is not able to access the system so your packages get returned as “delivery attempted,” or “unable to deliver.” Spare yourself the pain and opt out so your packages get delivered directly to your apartment or front door.
- Upgraded the application to target the latest iOS versions.
- Added support for vacation mode.
- Added support for contacting customer support via phone or Email from the mobile app.
