Always great service at the window

I wanted to take the time to say what an exceptional job and customer service that I get when picking up from the window on my order food pick up. There has always been this one girl who always asks if I want bread or if I need anything extra and she always has a smile and gets things correct and timely. These days it is very unlikely you will get good customer interaction with customer service and every experience that I have had with getting my orders have went smooth and I feel appreciated as a customer. So I feel that when I see work like this being practiced I feel like that should be mentioned and they should definitely get a mention for the care they provide with their work. It stands out and they should be definitely acknowledged. So thank you gals in Tracy at the pick up window, I’m always ordering house side salads but it makes my day knowing I can go here and know my order will be correct.

Texas Roadhouse is hands down the best option for family meals and my go-to spot for football nights! The food is unbeatable—whether you're digging into their perfectly cooked ribs, tender pork chops, or delicious steaks, everything is packed with amazing flavor. And let's not forget those iconic rolls and cinnamon butter—they're out of this world!Not only is the food great, but the prices are super reasonable, making it a top choice when you want a great meal without breaking the bank. The family-friendly atmosphere is perfect, and I always leave satisfied.I'm such a fan that I’m already planning to celebrate my graduation there! Who knows, maybe one day I’ll even score Texas Roadhouse for free for a year—dream big, right? Whether it's for a special occasion or just to enjoy some football with great food, Texas Roadhouse never disappoints!

Gift card use

Its doofus
If you have a gift card that doesn’t cover the entire amount of the check, it’s really frustrating to place an online order. Last week I tried to order from the app several times, get to the checkout and enter the gift card and it kicks you out. I repeated this 4 times. I then just went to the website hoping for different results, but same thing. If the gift card does not cover, it kicks you back to the beginning and your cart is empty. I actually gave up trying to order. I tried tonight with a smaller order that the gift card covers and it worked fine. The problem is that when you only have a few bucks left on the gift card, it is impossible to use with an online order. Thanks

I got the app when Covid first started, that experience did not go so well . They told us to park in the designated parking spot and call the number which I did. My order was not ready when they said it would be. 15 min later. I get a text that it was ready. They did not say you had to go to the window and pick it up. I waited about 15 min in my car then asked inside where my order was. Was directed to a window outside. Then I got my order and my mistake I did not check it. I did not realize that my order of a dozen rolls was not there. I was all ready back at work so I called the restaurant. The person that answered had me give my email to her and said she would email me a coupon for a dozen rolls I could use on my next visit. I never received the coupon. That is when I deleted the app. I have not been back since. So we will see if things has changed and I receive better service.
