Half the time using this app for work it takes too long to load or it won’t load at all. I have to go through my browser to get Alora to work. Also the 5 minute countdown stating that if you hit “continue” you can finish working, is useless. It logs out every single time no matter if it’s been a few seconds since the timer has been activated or minutes it still logs out. If those things were fixed that would make the app a 4 star rating for myself personally. I’ve been using this app for over 2 years and it’s been a repeated problem. Other than that I have no complaints

Was just informed I’ll be doing 2-3 hours of unpaid labor every week because you can’t change the shift start and stop locations. I have a client who I typically pick up from a day program. Her shift doesn’t start at her home but that’s the only place you can clock in and out of. Her parents also own a business which I occasionally pick up or drop off at. I didn’t really like mobilecargiver+ but it’s far superior to this since at least you can select where you’re picking your client up from.

This app makes clocking in and out so much easier and the aide note is in the visit page so I can complete the note when I do my punches. Love this app.
